Rules and Regulations
We give priority to our members, outstanding, long time supporters, and those who give to our cause.
Vendors must keep area neat and clean at all times. All garbage must be removed daily.
All artists/vendors will be selected to participate according to their workmanship.
No obscene materials, cigarettes or alcoholic beverages allowed for sale. No illegal products to be sold at the event.
Be specific about your products for sale, so that we do not put you next to a vendor with the same merchandise. The Sponsor has the right to limit the number of merchandise.
Signs of your business with your name must be professionally done and be displayed at your space or booth. No “Discount” “Wholesaler” or “For Sale” signs to be posted.
The assignment of exhibit space shall be solely at the discretion of the producers. All vendors must unload at the prescribed time. No Exceptions! Confirmation and times will be sent to you upon acceptance of your application with fees paid in full.
Spaces are 10’x10’ only. Spaces are subject to change according to space availability. No on-site registration due to limited space.
Only two people are permitted per booth. Corner booths are limited. Sharing a booth is allowed, but all participants must provide
their information individually. No exceptions. Tents, Tables and Coverings are the responsibility of the artist/vendor.
Rain or Shine, No refunds. Choose which categories listed to be sold/exhibited in your booth below please.
No commercial imports, no manufactures, no wholesalers, or imitations will be permitted. Please, send the pictures via Email of the items to be sold in your booth. Every vendor must not exceed their given booth space. No peddling or soliciting will be permitted, strictly enforced.
